Wealth Magic Club provides "educational financial services". We offer educational financial services, which, according to the FCA Handbook PERG 8.26.2 and Section 22 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, does not require regulation unless presented in the context of product distribution. These educational financial services fall under the jurisdiction of general consumer laws in the UK, including the Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008 and the Consumer Protection (Amendment) Regulations 2014. We are overseen by the Competition and Markets Authority, as are all non-FCA-regulated financial services firms. Clients of Wealth Magic Club are protected by consumer protection regulations, granting them a private right of action not available to clients of FCA-regulated firms.
